Location: Burton on Trent (DE14)

Salary: £42,000–£50,000 per annum + performance bonus up to £4,800

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm + on-call

Qualifications: Level 5 Management Diploma + Full UK Driving Licence

About the Role

We are looking for a Registered Manager to oversee our 4-bed Learning Disabilities (LD) residential home. You will lead a dedicated team delivering person-centred care tailored to children with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

  * 

    Manage the operational running of the home to Ofsted outstanding standards.

  * 

    Lead a skilled team delivering structured, therapeutic and personalised support.

  * 

    Ensure safe, nurturing routines that promote independence and life skills.

  * 

    Work closely with SEN schools, health professionals and MDT networks.

  * 

    Oversee safeguarding, compliance, care planning and family engagement.

  * 

    Drive performance, quality assurance and service development.

  * 

    Manage recruitment, rotas, supervision and staff progression.

Requirements

About You

  * 

    Level 5 qualification in Leadership & Management.

  * 

    Experience supporting children with LD and/or complex needs.

  * 

    Strong understanding of SEN frameworks, communication strategies, and behavioural support.

  * 

    Motivational leadership style and passion for disability support.
