Job Description

TDA Care Solutions are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a children’s home supporting young people aged 7–17 on 28–30 day placements. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and effective day-to-day management of the home. Applicants must hold both Level 3 and Level 5 qualifications in Children’s Residential Care (or equivalent), along with strong leadership skills and a commitment to providing a safe, nurturing environment.
