Children’s Registered Manager – EBD Residential Home – Abergavenny | £45,000 + KPI Bonus
Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking to lead a high-quality Children’s Residential Service?
We are recruiting for a Children’s Registered Manager to run a 4-bed EBD home in Abergavenny, supporting children with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

The Role
As the Registered Manager, you will:

Lead the daily operations of a 4-bed EBD children’s home
*
Ensure full compliance with CIW and regulatory standards
*
Create a safe, nurturing and consistent environment for children
*
Recruit, supervise and develop a dedicated residential care team
*
Drive positive outcomes and promote high-quality, trauma-informed practice
Requirements
*
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Children & Young People) or working towards
*
Strong background within children’s residential care
*
Proven experience in leadership, safeguarding, and staff development
*
Excellent understanding of Ofsted regulations and quality standards
