Job Title: Registered Nurse (Days or Nights)
Location: Suffolk
Salary: £23 ph + welcome bonus
Facility: 50 bedded Nursing Home

We are seeking experienced Registered Mental Nurses (RMN) or Registered General Nurses (RGN) to join our dedicated team at our 60-bedded nursing home in Suffolk. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their well-being and comfort. You will be expected to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, maintain accurate records, and uphold the highest standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor resident health and progress
- Develop and implement care plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid RMN or RGN registration
- Proven experience in a nursing home setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Compassionate and patient-centred approach
- Excellent organizational skills

Working Hours: Flexible shifts available for days or nights.
