Our client: * Extremely successful, global market leading consumer brand, with £multi billion turnover * Customers first choice in the sector they operate, highly innovative with extremely high levels of consumer engagement across all channels * Regulatory Affairs )fficer is key role with responsibility for supporting the compliance of new and existing products across over 40 EMEA markets * Fantastic culture with a genuine care and focus on employees * Role split between West London office (2 days a week) and home (3 days a week) The role: * As Regulatory Affairs Officer you will work cross functionally to ensure compliance to regulatory standards across multiple markets across the UK, Europe and the Middle East * The Regulatory Affairs Officer will summarise data, regulatory information and market information to make strategic recommendations for food and drink products * The Regulatory Affairs Officer will keep up to date with external changes in performance and regulatory requirements and ensure that changes are implemented quickly * In the role the Regulatory Affairs Officer will support on ingredient compliance, labelling and art work. * The Regulatory Affairs Officer will work with marketing on the development and launch of new products to ensure comply with legislation across labelling, marketing, specificatons and ingredients. * Working as part of a team the Regulatory Affairs Officer will ensure maintenance of the regulatory manual and policies Ideal candidate: * This Regulatory Affairs Officer is ideal for individuals who have approx. 2 years regulatory experience gained from retail or FMCG this must include compliance and regulatory understanding across labeling, art work and ingredients. * You must have excellent data, excel and typographical skills along with a relevant degree * For the role you will have good knowledge of ingredient declarations and allergens plus excellent legislation understanding ideally of multiple markets * You will be a a natural interest to keep up to date with changes in legislation and also a keenness to learn about new categories and areas and develop yourself further * It is essential to be able to demonstrate hands on procurement expertise and have negotiated directly with suppliers * It is essential to have fantastic stakeholder engagement, relationship building and communication skills both internally and externally. * It is essential that you have excellent project management experience along with the ability to drive engagement and execution across the wider business. * You will thrive in a matrix team focused, collaborative blue chip structure that is down to earth, caring and personable Benefits & details: * You will thrive in a matrix blue chip structure that is down to earth and personable. * Excellent package – £48,000 plus benefits * Location – West London 2 days with 3 days home working Please send your CV using the form on this page, quoting reference 1/17471/7.
