Regulatory Operations Training Specialist Are you passionate about regulatory compliance and eager to make a significant impact on a global scale? Our client is looking a Regulatory Operations Training Specialist to join their team! In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind ensuring regulatory excellence across our client's international markets. Key Responsibilities: Training Development: Maintain and enhance global training materials, including e-learning modules, user guides, and quick reference guides. Effective Communication: Craft clear and concise communications about regulatory updates, process changes, and system enhancements. Technical Support: Provide invaluable assistance to the Worldwide Regulatory community, addressing inquiries and offering technical support. End User Support: Conduct training sessions and offer ongoing support to users on regulatory tools and processes. Consistent Messaging: Ensure uniformity in messaging across all training and communication materials. What We're Looking For: Critical Knowledge: A BSc or MSc in a scientific or related business discipline. Comprehensive understanding of document management systems (e.g., Veeva Vault). Familiarity with global regulatory requirements for agricultural product submissions. Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus). Critical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to navigate cultural boundaries. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Outstanding organisational skills. Critical Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in data and document management in Regulatory Affairs, particularly in the agricultural or pharmaceutical industry. Proven experience with electronic document management systems and regulatory submissions. Successful collaboration in international, multidisciplinary project teams
