As the Regulatory Improvement Lead, you will work closely with the Director of Housing and Regulatory Lead to coordinate and support the delivery of our Housing Improvement Plan across all landlord services. Your work will directly contribute to addressing non-compliance with the Consumer Standards and improving outcomes for tenants. You will be responsible for leading on updates to actions, policies, and processes.
Your role as a Regulatory Improvement Lead:
Coordinating service improvement programmes across housing management, ASB, complaints, and tenant satisfaction.
Supporting assurance gathering and engagement with the RSH and other stakeholders.
Contributing to the Monthly Housing Board, Regulator Intervention meetings, and resident forums.
Conducting reviews and analysis to identify themes and drive continuous improvement.
Supporting the delivery of a customer-focused approach to housing services.
Your previous experience as a Regulatory Improvement Lead:
Has a strong understanding of the RSH’s role and the Consumer Standards.
Brings experience from housing, governance, risk, or regulatory environments.
Can work across service areas (not just housing management) to drive improvement.
Has excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills.
Understands the inspection regime and the importance of tenant voice and satisfaction.
Is organised, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities.
