This is a fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious, luxury brand recognised for its exceptional standards in care and hospitality, working under the guidance of an experienced and supportive Sales Manager.
Location: Kensington, London
Basic salary £60,000
On-target earnings £75,000 - £90,000+
20% annual performance bonus

This is a key position responsible for driving occupancy through exceptional relationship management, delivering a bespoke experience for prospective residents and their families, and representing the brand with the highest standards of professionalism and empathy.
You will guide families through one of the most important decisions of their lives providing reassurance, showcasing world-class hospitality and care, and supporting them through every step of the admissions journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all new enquiries from initial contact through to move-in, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
Build meaningful relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral partners.
Host personalised tours, open days, and events to promote the home's services and lifestyle offering.
Maintain accurate CRM data and reporting to track conversions and pipeline activity.
Collaborate with the General Manager and wider team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a Customer Relationship Manager or sales/admissions role within the luxury care sector.
A confident communicator with the ability to build trust and rapport with high-net-worth clients.
Target-driven, commercially aware, and passionate about delivering excellence.
Comfortable working flexibly to support events, tours, and family appointments (occasional evenings/weekends).
Ability to commute daily to Kensington.
