Relay Drivers Wanted - Join Royal Mail in Southampton!
Blue Arrow is proud to be recruiting Relay Drivers on behalf of Royal Mail, supporting the secure and timely transport of specialist equipment across Southampton and surrounding areas.
🔹 Shift Start Time: From 5:00 AM (on a rota basis)
🔹 Pay Rate: £12.54 per hour
🔹 Contract Type: Temporary with ongoing opportunities for the right candidates

What You'll Be Doing:
* Safely plan delivery routes and perform vehicle safety checks
* Load, transport, and deliver parcels and equipment (up to 30kg)
* Provide outstanding service to households and businesses
* Represent Royal Mail with professionalism and care

What We're Looking For:
* A full UK driving licence (max 6 penalty points)
* Previous professional driving experience
* Willingness to undergo a DBS check (arranged by Blue Arrow)
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
* Reliable, self-motivated, and adaptable
