In this job, you will provide hands-on technical support to reliability laboratory activities, write and execute test programs, perform teardown and failure analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver detailed reports and data insights. You will also assist with customer claims, ensuring prompt resolution, effective containment, and continuous improvement in product performance.
Key Responsibilities for the Reliability Engineer job:
* Support new product and process development projects
* Write and carry out reliability test programs and associated documentation
* Conduct component teardown analysis and initial failure confirmation
* Interface with engineering, production, and quality teams to resolve issues
* Monitor product reliability performance and ensure compliance with customer standards
* Participate in root cause analysis and improvement initiatives
Candidate Requirements for the Reliability Engineer job:
* ONC/HNC in Electronics or equivalent qualification
* Solid understanding of electronic or semiconductor products
* Experience in reliability testing, quality assurance, or failure analysis
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Highly organised, self-motivated, and detail-focused
