Role: Relief Chef de Partie
Location: Guernsey
Salary / Rate of pay: up to £20 per hour
Platinum Recruitment are supporting a popular hotel in Guernsey, and we have an opportunity for a Relief Chef de Partie on a temporary basis.

Our client is a popular country house style hotel in the centre of Guernsey and they need some help in the kitchen while they recruit for a permanent Chef de Partie. The hotel is very busy and serves fresh dishes in their casual dining restaurant.
What's involved?
As a relief chef you will work under the supervision and direction of the head chef and sous chef. You will be an integral part of the kitchen team during the assignment and your experience and expertise will be very welcome indeed in supporting the kitchen brigade
If you have any experience in the pastry section that would be advantageous but not essential.
