Relief Hotel Chef - South Wales

£16.00 - £20.00 per hour + Holiday Pay + Pension

Are you an experienced chef looking for flexible work that fits around your lifestyle? Join Blue Arrow Catering Cardiff's growing team of professional relief chefs and enjoy opportunities across some of South Wales' leading hotels, restaurants, and hospitality venues.

Whether you're looking for a few extra shifts each week or full-time hours, we have assignments available from 6 to 70 hours per week.

The Role

We are recruiting talented chefs to work across a variety of hotel and restaurant kitchens throughout South Wales, including positions at:

Chef de Partie
Sous Chef
Head ChefExperience working within fresh food kitchens is essential, and backgrounds in Rosette-awarded or Michelin-standard establishments would be highly advantageous.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

NVQ Level 1, 2 or 3 in Professional Cookery
VRQ Level 1 or 2
AAA Award
City & Guilds 706/1 or 706/2
Or an overseas equivalent qualificationIn addition, you should have:

Strong catering and hospitality experience
The ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Excellent food quality and presentation standards
Relevant qualifications or employment references to demonstrate your skills and experienceA driving licence and access to transport would be beneficial due to the variety of locations across South Wales.
