Are you a thoughtful and knowledgeable Religious Education Teacher ready to lead insightful discussions on faith, ethics, and philosophy in young men? We are partnering with an Outstanding boys' school in Brent that is thrilled to be looking for a fantastic temporary, part-time RE Teacher to join their team, starting ASAP. What you'll be doing:
* You'll be designing and delivering engaging Religious Education lessons, sparking curiosity and developing students' critical thinking and analytical skills, tailored for boys.
* It's about exploring various religious traditions, ethical frameworks, and philosophical concepts in a balanced and respectful manner.
* You'll create a reflective and inclusive classroom where students feel empowered to explore their own beliefs and engage in thoughtful, respectful dialogue.
What we're looking for:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a strong specialism in Religious Education, Philosophy, or Theology.
* Experience teaching inspiring and effective RE lessons at Key Stages 3 and 4 for boys is highly desirable.
* A broad and current understanding of diverse religious traditions and ethical perspectives is essential.
* Excellent communication skills, strong classroom management, and that ability to facilitate sensitive and constructive discussions.
