Job Responsibilities:
Manage and process remediation claims from inception to resolution.
Conduct thorough investigations into claims to determine validity and assess damages.

Prepare detailed reports and documentation to support claims decisions.
Negotiate settlements with clients and third parties, ensuring fair outcomes.
Maintain accurate records of claims and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the claims process.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations affecting claims handling.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in claims handling, preferably within Insurance sector.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex information.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Relevant qualifications in engineering, insurance, or a related field are advantageous.
Familiarity with claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously. Office Based working Monday to Friday.
