Remedy Consultant
Location: Bristol, Birmingham or Manchester (Hybrid with 2 days in office per week)
Salary: £46k per annum + benefits
Must be SC Clearance Eligible and Sole UK National
Deerfoot Recruitment is working on behalf of a leading global consultancy to source a talented Remedy Consultant. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic technology team where you will design, develop, and maintain applications within the BMC Remedy ITSM suite.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, configuring and customising ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management. You will also play a key role in troubleshooting, optimising performance, and integrating Remedy with other enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and customise BMC Remedy applications (workflows, forms, active links, filters)
Configure and maintain ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management
Troubleshoot and resolve Remedy environment issues
Optimise application performance and ensure scalability
Create and maintain technical documentation (design specifications, user guides)
Collaborate with wider technology teams to integrate Remedy with enterprise systems
Deliver ongoing support, enhancements, and upgrades to Remedy platformsKey Skills/Experience Required:
Strong background in developing and customising BMC Remedy ITSM applications
Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practice
Experience with workflows, integrations, and programming (e.g. JavaScript)
Knowledge of cloud-based Remedy deployments
BMC Remedy ITSM Certification desirable
