Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner

Provide clear, accurate, and friendly solutions

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Identify issues and escalate complex queries when required

Follow customer service standards and guidelines

Qualifications

• Strong written English and communication skills
• Customer-focused attitude
• Previous customer support experience is helpful but not essential

Pay Range and Compensation Package

• £13 – £18 per hour
