Our client, a leading and "Great Place to Work UK" accredited property management business, is seeking a dedicated Remote Customer Service Agent to join their fantastic team! This is your chance to be the friendly, problem-solving voice for residents and property owners, all from the comfort of your home. What You'll Do: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Professionally handle and resolve formal complaints via email. Collaborate with other departments to investigate and resolve complex issues. Provide accurate information and solutions for property-related questions. Log all customer interactions accurately in the CRM. What You'll Bring: Proven customer service experience, ideally in a remote setting and with complaint handling. A strong customer-focused mindset and a passion for enhancing the customer journey. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (especially for formal correspondence). Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach. Proficiency with CRM software and general computer skills. The ability to work independently with a dedicated, quiet home work space and reliable internet. A positive attitude, patience, and a genuine desire to help. Bonus Points: Experience in property management or real estate relayed sector. Familiarity with Dwellant property or management software. Experience in complaint resolution or de-escalation.
