Customer Renewals Administrator
Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum (DOE) + Bonus
Location: Bournemouth / Poole area
Hours: 37 ½ hours per week, Monday - Friday –9.00am- 5.15pm (1 every 4 weeks – Saturday 9.30am -12.30pm)

Our client is a market leader in high-value home and non-standard insurance, offering tailored solutions for unique properties, valuable collections, and specific personal circumstances. They pride themselves on their deep expertise and ability to provide comprehensive cover where standard policies often fall short. In this pivotal administrative position, you'll be instrumental in assisting with the renewals process for existing policy holders in this specialist market. You'll manage your own portfolio of customers, working collaboratively with insurers and clients to ensure the continued retention of business by keeping all essential paperwork current and promptly delivered.
As a Customer Renewals Administrator You'll Be:
* Managing Client Portfolios: Taking ownership of clients within their retention cycle.
* Outbound Customer Engagement: Making proactive outbound calls to existing customers to discuss their upcoming policy renewals.
* Compliance Adherence: Ensuring strict adherence to FCA requirements regarding compliance and customer risk.
* Building Relationships: Developing strong working relationships with third-party insurers and underwriters.
* Expert Customer Service: Delivering first-class customer service through expert advice and in-depth knowledge of specialist products.
