Join our client as a Renewals Specialist, where you'll own the end-to-end renewal process, maximize retention, and uncover upsell opportunities. You'll work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure seamless renewals and satisfied customers.
What You'll Do:
Manage and close renewals with existing customers
Minimize churn while identifying growth opportunities
Collaborate cross-functionally on customer strategy
Drive timely, accurate renewals with a data-driven approachWhat We're Looking For:
1-3 years in customer success, renewals, or account management
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar CRM tools
A proactive, customer-first attitude
