Hybrid Working (2 days office / 3 days home)
Are you an experienced Rent Arrears Officer looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking a motivated professional to join our clients team on a temporary, ongoing basis, with the flexibility of hybrid working.
Interest
In this role, you’ll take ownership of a caseload of rent arrears accounts, working with tenants to help sustain their homes while ensuring income is maximised. Every day will bring variety — from negotiating repayment plans to liaising with support services and taking enforcement action where needed. You’ll play a key part in balancing financial responsibility with making a real difference to residents’ lives.
