Job Description
Our public sector client is looking for a Repairs and Maintenance Team Leader to join them on a temporary basis.
Pay Rate - £16.70ph
1. Carry out repair inspections of residential properties.
2. Experience working on disrepair and under stand the Pre-Action Protocol for Housing Conditions Claims (England)
3. Experience working on damp and mould cases and understand Awaab's law.
4. Confident communicating with a legal team.
5. Project manage repairs work using DLO and contractor to court agreed time lines.
6. Competent in the use of computers, PDA and related systems will be required.
7. Complete work to a high standard in a timely manner.
8. Own transport required, Mileage will be paid at standard ratesBefore You Apply
