Job Description
Repairs Coordinator
Coordinating works for a variety of trades (plumbing, joinery, glaziers, bricklayers, electricians, gas servicing, surveyors)
Dealing with emergency & responsive repairs, planned works, & voids works
Permanent role working 5 days in the office in Chesterfield
£24,000-£25,000 salary
25 days holiday plus bank holidays (33 total) - with an option to purchase extras

Mainly office-based activities, but occasional site visits could be incorporated
Coordinating works with contractors
Customer facing role doing various first line support and tenant liaison duties
