Repairs Maintenance Surveyor (Engineering & Surveying)

Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea

Contract: Temporary (8 Dec 2025 - 8 Mar 2026)
 Location: Floor G, 37 Pembroke Road, London W8 6PW
 Hours: 37.5 per week, Mon-Thu, 08:00-16:00
 Positions: 2
 Pay: £34.00 per hour (PAYE) / £42.78 per hour (Ltd/Umbrella)
 Selection: CV review + interview required
 Dress code: Smart Casual

The role

Join the team delivering responsive repairs and maintenance surveying across the Borough. You'll use NHF codes and a PDA to assess works, capture accurate data, and keep IT systems up to date-helping ensure safe, compliant, value‑for‑money outcomes for residents and stakeholders.

What you'll bring

Extensive surveying experience (repairs & maintenance)
Strong NHF codes experience
PDA experience (on‑site data capture)
Good IT skills (recording, reporting, and communication)

Surveying tools supplied as required
Laptop and phone supplied
Training provided

Schedule & assignment details

Start: Mon 8 December 2025, 08:00
End: Sun 8 March 2026, 16:00
Work pattern: Monday-Thursday (no weekends)
