Repairs Maintenance Surveyor
Location: 37 Pembroke Road, W8 6PW
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 3+ Months
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: £ 27.40 per hour

Job Responsibilities
Conduct thorough inspections and surveys of properties to assess maintenance and repair needs.
Prepare detailed reports outlining findings, recommendations, and cost estimates for repairs and maintenance work.
Collaborate with contractors and service providers to ensure timely and efficient completion of maintenance tasks.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and building codes during all repair and maintenance activities.
Maintain accurate records of all inspections, surveys, and completed work for future reference and audits.
Provide expert advice and support to the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea on engineering and surveying matters.
Person Specification
Proven experience in surveying, particularly within the repairs and maintenance sector.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in IT, including experience with relevant surveying software and tools.
Familiarity with NHF codes and their application in maintenance and repair scenarios.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
