The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing maintenance and repair operations within the property portfolio in the Tamworth area. Description The role of Repairs Manager in Tamworth will involve: Overseeing all property repair and maintenance operations (planned and reactive). Developing and implementing repair strategies and procedures. Managing a team of repair specialists and schedulers effectively. Ensuring that all repair work is in accordance with regulatory standards. Coordinating with the contract manager effectively. Monitoring team performance against SLAs and KPIs. Assessing the cost-effectiveness of repair strategies. Ensuring customer satisfaction with repair services.Profile A successful Repairs Manager should have: Proficiency in property repair and maintenance management. A strong background in social housing (essential). Excellent team management skills. The ability to develop and implement repair strategies. Strong knowledge of regulatory standards in property repair. Exceptional communication and leadership skills. Good IT skills (preferably having used Maintain/MRI, Orchard or similar).
