Key Responsibilities:
* Scheduling and allocating repair and maintenance work to operatives
* Managing diaries to ensure efficient routing and productivity
* Liaising with tenants, operatives, and contractors to coordinate appointments
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a Repairs Planner / Scheduler role
* Social housing experience preferred
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Good IT skills and experience using scheduling systems
