Repairs Planner – Euston

Location: Euston
Rate: £20.59 per hour Umbrella
Hours: Monday–Friday
Working Pattern: 3 days office / 2 days WFH
Duration: Ongoing
Start: Immediate

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Repairs Planner to join an ongoing contract based in Euston.

Key Duties:

Planning and scheduling repairs and maintenance works
Managing operative diaries and allocating jobs
Booking appointments with customers
Liaising with operatives, contractors and customers
Monitoring works through to completion
Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
Managing queries and ensuring jobs are completed within required timescalesRequirements:

Previous experience within a Repairs Planner / Repairs Scheduler role is essential
Strong scheduling and coordination experience
Good communication and organisational skills
Must be available to start immediately
References required
