Job Description
Job Title: Reporting Lead
Location: Reading/Havant/Thatcham
Mode of working: Hybrid (2 to 3 Days in the Office)
Duration: 6+ Months contract.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the reporting workstream.
To deliver the Day One Reporting Catalogue and any other Reporting needs identified and managed into scope through Change Requests in line with the Reporting Strategy and the HCM Project Plan.
Work with business stakeholders to identify and ensure the necessary feeds and support are provided into report delivery
Work with Cyber Security and Data Protection workstreams as required to ensure the security of data throughout all phases of the project.
Top Skills:
Demonstrable experience leading reporting workstreams for Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
Strong understanding of EBS HR and Payroll processes and data structures
Familiarity with the Oracle Cloud HCM data model and functionality
Strong understanding of reporting tools including OTBI, BI Publisher, dashboards and previous experiences of legacy tools such as OBIEE
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across business and IT teams
Clear understanding of UK/EU GDPR data compliance as it relates to HR dataBefore You Apply
