Job Title: Requirements Systems Engineer - Aerospace & Defence
Location: Dorset (Hybrid after initial period)

Are you an experienced Systems Engineer with a passion for high-impact aerospace technology? We're hiring a Requirements Systems Engineer supporting advanced thermal fluid and mechanical systems in various defence applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and verify system and sub-system requirements using DOORS NG
Lead migration of requirements tools from CRADLE to DOORS NG, including training and process development
Define and model system architecture (experience with CAMEO desirable)
Drive systems integration, validation, and design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR)
Support full lifecycle development using the V-Model
Lead SE process improvements, including metrics and training within the business
Act as SE SME across global engineering teams
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Proven experience in aerospace or defence systems engineering
Hands-on experience with DOORS NG, requirements management, and verification
Knowledge of MBSE, system modelling, and tools like CAMEO and CRADLE
Strong communication and leadership skills across cross-functional teams
Familiarity with DFMEA, RCCA, and DFSS (Six Sigma, Green Belt desirable)
