Reservations Agent - London | Weekly pay & weekday office hours

We're looking for an experienced Reservations Agent to join a busy hotel in a prime London location. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong hotel reservations experience who is confident using Opera Cloud and enjoys delivering excellent guest service.

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm

Key Responsibilities

You'll support the reservations operation, handling bookings and guest enquiries across multiple channels.

Process phone, email and online bookings using Opera Cloud
Respond warmly and professionally to guest enquiries
Accurately record bookings and update availability
Manage GDS updates and reservation data
Confirm bookings and process cancellations or amendments

What we're looking for

You'll need previous hotel reservations experience and strong attention to detail.

Previous Reservations experience within a medium to large operation
Opera Cloud experience is essential
Excellent communication and guest service skills
Available to start this week or from Monday 17th August 2026
No prior commitments, including holidays or notice periods
