Job Description

Our client is a well-established global Travel Management Company. They are seeking an experienced Airline Fares & Ticketing Specialist to join their corporate travel team in Glasgow.

About the Role

This position covers the full fares and ticketing lifecycle, including fare filing, pricing strategy, ticket issuance, exchanges, and troubleshooting across multiple systems, currencies, and PCCs.

Working closely with revenue, sales, and distribution teams, you’ll analyse market trends, competitor pricing, and booking activity to identify opportunities that maximise revenue while delivering value to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain airline fares, rules, and pricing structures

Issue, reissue, and exchange tickets across multiple systems and PCCs

Ensure fares are compliant, ticketable, and commercially competitive

Analyse market trends and recommend pricing adjustments

Support internal teams with fare and ticketing queries

Resolve fare, currency, and ticketing discrepancies efficiently
Skills & Experience

Proven experience in airline fares and ticketing

Strong understanding of fare construction and ticketing logic

Experience working with multiple currencies and PCCs

High level of GDS knowledge

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
