Duties and responsibilties
Develop and coordinate a Resident Liaison Plan for each major works scheme, making sure the specific and individual requirements of every scheme are fully taken into account.
Ensure that tenancy and estate management, as well as home ownership staff, are appropriately consulted and that their views are considered when defining the scope of works for each scheme.
Resident Liaison: consistently keep residents fully informed of progress through direct personal contact, as well as through the preparation and distribution of information leaflets and newsletters. Ensure all written materials are clearly displayed on notice boards located near the works, and that any requirements for translation or Braille are properly addressed.
Information: ensure residents have a full understanding of all scheme details; prepare draft newsletters for Project Manager approval, incorporating input from consultants, contractors, and the Estate Management Team; and ensure the final approved versions are produced and distributed appropriately. Also ensure that the specific consultation requirements of leaseholders are fully met.
