We are currently recruiting for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to support a planned works programme within the social housing sector, focusing on kitchen and bathroom surveys across Birmingham.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills and previous experience working within social housing, planned maintenance or refurbishment environments.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer or in a similar customer-facing role within social housing
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to build positive relationships with residents and contractors
