Resident Liaison Officer – Social Housing Roofing ProgrammeLocation: Eastbourne Salary: £30,000–£35,000 Small Company Vehicle Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent - up to 10 years work About the CompanyOur client is a respected contractor specialising in social housing maintenance and external works. They are delivering a major roofing replacement and improvement programme across occupied homes in Eastbourne and require a Resident Liaison Officer to support residents throughout the project. Role Overview for the Resident Liaison OfficerAs the Resident Liaison Officer, you will act as the key link between residents, site teams, and the wider project delivery team. You will ensure households are fully informed about upcoming roofing works, supported throughout the process, and that any concerns are managed professionally.
