Resident Liaison Officer – Harlow
* Salary: Up to £34,000 + Package
* Must have your own car
* Project: Harlow Council - external works on scattered properties
We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join a well-known company within the planned maintenance sector, working on an external maintenance contract for Harlow Council.
The role will involve working across scattered properties, acting as the key link between residents, the client and the delivery team.
Key responsibilities
* Liaising with residents before, during and after works.
* Managing resident queries, concerns and complaints.
* Providing updates on works, access and programmes.
* Carrying out resident visits and maintaining strong relationships.
* Supporting the site/contract team to ensure works run smoothly.
About you
* Previous RLO / Tenant Liaison experience, ideally within planned maintenance or social housing.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Organised, proactive and confident dealing with residents.
