Looking for a Resident Liaison Officer Starting 2nd of June
As a standard RLO, the individual will be expected to handle the following tasks:
- Informing residents about the scope, schedule, and impact of the works.
- Responding to resident concerns or complaints.
- Coordinating access to properties for the construction work.
- Minimizing disruption to residents during the construction process.
- Supporting vulnerable residents who may need extra assistance.
- Needs to be IT competent and be able to deal with emails and act proactively as a link between Site team and residents
Start date: 2nd June
Duration of Role: 6 months initially but could become 2 years
Hours paid: 20 hours per week

Site address: 2 locations / 2 Hillside, Harlesden, NW10 8BN AND Garden Row, Lewisham SE10 8EN
