What you'll do
You'll be working directly with residents, keeping them informed about construction projects that affect their homes. You'll handle concerns, offer support and make sure things run as smoothly as possible on the ground.
Key activities will include:
* Sending letters to residents about upcoming projects
* Visiting homes to offer advice and support
* Working with painters and subcontractors to arrange appointments
* Attending meetings with the construction team to discuss planned works
* Updating managers on how capital works are affecting residents
What you'll need
* A full UK manual driving licence, as you'll be travelling around a lot
* Strong face-to-face customer service experience, so you can handle conversations calmly and clearly
* Good time management and organisational skills to keep on top of your workload
