Job Description

Resident Liaison Officer Location: Carshalton Road, Sutton, SM1 4LE Start Date: ASAP Contract Duration: 9+ Months Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week Pay rate: £ 21.00 per hour Job Ref: OR11926 Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact between residents and the housing partnership, ensuring effective communication and resolution of queries. Coordinate and facilitate meetings with residents to discuss housing issues, updates, and community initiatives. Manage and respond to resident complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure resident needs are met and services are delivered efficiently. Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and feedback to inform service improvements. Person Specification Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents and stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism. Organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the housing or public sector. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
