Job Title: Resident Liaison Officer Location: Milton Keynes (MK7), Bedford, Luton Pay Rate: £17 - £22 per hour Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Experienced RLO Needed! Long-Term Role with a Key Refurbishment Project.
Are you a proactive and experienced Resident Liaison Officer with a background in social housing or construction We have an immediate and long-term opportunity for a skilled RLO to join our team on a key refurbishment contract. This is a chance to secure a stable temp-to-perm role and make a real impact on residents' lives.
The Role
This is an ongoing contract focused on essential kitchen and bathroom (K&B) works, with some elements of the project falling under the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF). You will be the vital link between our team and residents, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.
Based out of our office in MK7, this is a mobile role that requires a car driver to cover sites across Luton, Bedford, and Milton Keynes.
Your Responsibilities
Resident Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, providing transparent and consistent communication.
Issue Resolution: Proactively manage and resolve resident queries and concerns with a solutions-focused approach.
Access Management: Coordinate and schedule access for our tradespeople to ensure timely project delivery across a broad patch.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all resident interactions and project progress.
Candidate Profile
Proven Experience: You must be an experienced RLO, ready to hit the ground running.
Driving & Mobility: A full UK driving license and a personal vehicle are essential. Site mileage will be paid to cover your travel.
Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with a diverse range of people.
Problem Solver: A proactive and empathetic approach to managing challenges.
