Job Title: Resident Liaison Officer Location: Northampton Salary: £27,199 per annum Contract Type: Permanent Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday) We are looking for community-focused and compassionate Resident Liaison Officers to join the Asset Management team of a Housing Association in Northampton. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in improving homes and lives across neighbourhoods. Key Responsibilities of an RLO: Act as the main point of contact for residents before, during, and after improvement works in their homes. Organise and deliver resident consultations, property inductions and community engagement events. Ensure clear and timely communication with residents, housing officers, community groups, and other stakeholders. Manage the full customer journey, capturing and reporting on feedback to improve service delivery and satisfaction. What We're Looking For: A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with residents from all backgrounds. Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. A strong commitment to excellent customer service and understanding of social housing and GDPR compliance.
