Must have’s
* AssocRICS or MRICS qualification
* Minimum of 5 years' experience carrying out RICS Level 2 Home Surveys
* Strong knowledge of post-war and modern residential properties
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Excellent report writing and communication skills
* High professional and ethical standards in line with RICS guidance
* Experience using iPad-based inspection and reporting software
* Full UK driving licence
* Ability to cover Gloucester and the surrounding areas
Nice to have’s
* Previous experience working autonomously within a residential surveying role
* Familiarity with a wide range of residential property types across the local area
So, what will you be doing?
* Carrying out RICS Level 2 Home Surveys on residential properties
* Producing accurate, professional reports using an iPad-based reporting system
* Planning and managing your own daily survey schedule
* Delivering a consistent number of surveys each week
* Maintaining high standards of professionalism, accuracy and client care
* Communicating professionally with clients when required
