Location: Wakefield
Salary: £42,000 + up to £12,000 bonus (KPI-based)
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional care for the elderly and ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a dedicated Residential Care Home Manager to lead a small, friendly care home in Wakefield, supporting elderly residents living with dementia.

About You:
* Ideally, you have at least 2 years’ experience as a Care Home Manager, but we welcome applications from ambitious Deputy Managers or Care Team Leaders ready to step up
* Experience working with elderly residents, particularly those living with dementia
* NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (preferred, or working towards)
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Commitment to delivering person-centred care and maintaining high standards
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care
* Lead, motivate, and develop your team
* Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external professionals
* Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies
