Job Description
Are you looking for an opportunity to deliver quality services in partnership with stakeholders based upon a manageable workload within the team, empowering others?
We are seeking full time Residential Children's Care Workers to work in Children's Homes in Chester, Ellesmere Port, Winsford and Northwich. This Residential service aims to ensure that its most vulnerable children's needs, are met and that their life chances are maximised to enable them to achieve their full potential and positive outcomes.
As a Residential Children's Care Worker, you will join an organisation where the focus is on achieving the best outcomes for the children and families, where innovation and thinking differently can be embraced and where ambition and high aspiration for children to improve their outcomes can be upheld for every child.

Salary - £ 30, 060 p.a.
Annual Leave - 26 days annual leave pro rata per annum rising to 31 days pro rata after five years continuous service

REQUIREMENTS:
ESSENTIAL - Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent
ESSENTIAL - Experience working in supporting vulnerable children and young people
Supervisory skill set - although training will be provided
Strong relationship builder with good communication skills
