We’re R&R Specialist Recruitment, a specialist recruitment agency in the care and education sector, and we’re looking for dedicated Residential Children’s Support Workers / Children’s Residential Support Workers to work with our trusted clients in Swadlincote.
Whether you’re experienced in childcare, youth work, or support work – or have personal experience caring for children with additional needs – we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting children and young people with emotional / behavioural / learning needs in a residential setting
* Creating safe, stable and nurturing environments
* Assisting with daily routines, activities and life skills
* Working closely with care teams to deliver positive outcomes
* Following safeguarding procedures at all times
We’d love to hear from you if you:
✅ Have experience working with children or young people (paid or voluntary)
✅ Are resilient, patient and a good communicator
✅ Hold a current DBS on the Update Service – or are happy to apply for one
✅ Have any qualification requirements or training to support role
