Residential Children’s Support Worker
Preston, Lancashire
Salary up to £34,000 (includes 12 sleep-ins per month)
5 week rolling contract with 2 days on and 3 days off
£55 per sleep-in
Residential Children’s Support Worker Overview
First for Support are proud to be working alongside our client in their search for a Residential Children’s Support Worker in the Preston area. The ideal candidate would have some experience working in a children’s home and have a UK driving license with their own car.

Residential Children’s Support Key Responsibilities
* Support the Registered Manager with their daily needs
* Act as a key worker to young people
* Work to standards that adhere to Ofsted standards
* Ensure you work to all safeguarding procedures
* Work to all regulations and guidelines set out by the company
* Carry out admin tasks when required
* Able to prioritise your workload
* Work closely with the children and support them in their needs
Residential Children’s Support Requirements
* UK driving license and own car
* Experience working in a children’s home
* Proven experience working as part of a team
* Knowledge of care planning procedures
* Ability to adapt to challenging situations and deliver a professional service
