Residential Conveyancer - Northampton

GWR Legal Recruitment are working with a highly regarded Solicitors practice in Northampton, helping with the recruitment of a residential conveyancer to their team

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate at least 1 years experience of capable of managing their own residential conveyancing caseload including matters such as freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, transfers of equity, new builds and remortgage matters.

This firm prides itself on a quality-over-quantity approach. Although a busy and thriving team, caseloads are carefully managed, allowing lawyers to focus on delivering an excellent client service.
