Residential Conveyancer / Property Solicitor – Stockport
Salary - up to £45,000
Eden Rose are working with an exciting, fast-growing residential conveyancing business, who are seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join the team. You will be working in a very busy department using case management software to undertake volume conveyancing transaction.
We’re seeking individuals who:
* Fee-earning experience in conveyancing or a similar property law setting.
* Sound understanding of residential property law, conveyancing procedures, and regulatory requirements.
* Strong ability to engage with clients, third parties, and colleagues with professionalism and clarity.
* Ability to manage a high volume of files while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
* Ablity to collaborate effectively with colleagues, but also confident working independently to deliver results.
* Experience with case management systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred.
