What you will be doing :
Providing high-quality administrative support to the team
Managing correspondence, emails, and document preparation
Formatting, proofreading, and filing documents accurately
Handling client queries professionally and confidentially
Diary management and coordination of meetings
General office administration and support tasks What you will need to succeed :
Proven experience in a similar role, gained within either residential conveyancing or mortgage processing is essential
Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Confident communicator with a professional manner
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) What you will receive in return :
