Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner – Chesterfield

Francesca’s Recruitment Ltd is working with a well‑established, conveyancing‑focused law firm in Clay Cross to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their friendly, supportive team.

Salary: £40,000+ DOE Hours: 9:00am–5:00pm (1‑hour lunch) Benefits: 23 days holiday + bank holidays, workplace pension, free parking, assistant support, hybrid working considered after initial period.

About the Role

You will manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion, including:

  * 

    Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

  * 

    Re‑mortgages

  * 

    Transfers of equity

  * 

    Registered and unregistered titles

  * 

    Regular communication with estate agents, lenders, brokers, and clients

This is a quality‑focused role within a firm that values clear communication, practical solutions, and long‑term client relationships—not high‑volume processing.

Who We’re Looking For

    Licensed Conveyancers

    Conveyancing Executives

    Experienced non‑qualified fee earners

    Solicitors or Legal Executives with residential property experience
