Job Description

RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER – LOCUM, SUFFOLK, 3 + YEARS’ EXPERIENCE, COMPETITIVE SALARY. An experienced conveyancing locum is needed to support a busy legal team, starting immediately and continuing through to the end of December. JOB REF: 0799 •The legal team is seeking an experienced locum with a experience in residential conveyancing, handling both freehold and leasehold transactions •This role will be based in Suffolk and will primarily involve handling part-exchange buy-ins and re-sales, with some involvement in new-build matters. •The appointed locum will have at least three years’ experience in a similar role and be skilled in independently managing a full caseload. •You will be confident in preparing all correspondence and documentation with minimal administrative support, while remaining organised, proactive, and able to work independently. •To apply contact Kaye Thumpston at eNL on (phone number removed) or email (url removed) with your CV or simply call for a confidential discussion. eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
